Re: MSN Messenger
Seems fine here, have you tried the patented "NTL Server Shuffle"?

Re: MSN Messenger
My msn messenger seems to have developed annoying adverts at the bottom of my contacts list - hiding some of them. Anyone know how to get rid of them, or even if you can.

It would seem not. I have erased the contents of links.txt and made it read only. The ad's persist, no links are written to the file. Time to delve into the process and see what files it has open I think.

Messenger Plus can hide the ad banner at the bottom of the window for you.
If you do choose to install it, then do not install the sponsor software as it will feck up your machine. You have been warned!!

Re: MSN Messenger
Even Messenger Plus won't hide the adverts at the moment - this'll be fixed in the new release, apparently.
