Norton Ghost - Help Needed

can't get NG 2003 to work. When trying to create an image in Windows, I get the promt "Unable to find a free MBR slot in the Virtual Partition DLL. This is usually due to there being no free primary partition slots left on the boot disk" - I don't know what that means.
Having read "Radified Guides", I created a DOS boot disk and tried to use the programme in DOS. But the boot disk configures my primary drive as "C" when it is "F" (don't ask why it goes back 2 years and has to stay that way) and although the Symantic window opens, it hangs, probably because it is looking for info on the wrong drive. Any ideas?

Re: Norton Ghost - Help Needed

Thanks for that answer. That answers the MBR question as I have 4 partitions on that drive. I cannot change it though.
The answer would be to boot from DOS but for the other problem of drive letters as mentioned.

Caveman.

Do they have to be primary partitions? Why don't you convert 1 of them to a logical drive with Partition Magic or suchlike?
