I have had no problems myself (on ntl BB) but my g/f has been complaining that she gets kicked out a lot at the moment as well, she is on metronet adsl, so it looks more like an msn issue.
They hardly ever admit to having any problems on their service status page, i have actually only once seen a message that didn't say 'all systems are stable and running'
