Pro Evolution Soccer 5 - Connection Lost

Hello,

I bought PES5 the other day - and at the end of virtually every game i receive a 'connection lost' message, and i'm returned to the network menu. I can play again without having to reconnect. Each game is the same - the performance is fast in the first half, but slowly grinds down in the second to the point it disconnects me.

Has anyone had similar problems - and on other games?

My config:

Telewest Broadband 4Mbs down, 128 Kbs up
Netgear WGT624 Wireless Router, with WGE111 Gaming Adapter.

I've plugged the PS2 straight into the router, same thing happened. I also tried it directly into the modem. This time it didn't lose the connection, but as the performance was still quite poor, i thought this may of just been a coincedence.

I've set port forwarding for UDP port 5730 on the router.

Any help / thoughts much appreciated.

Tim

Yes it was saturday afternoon (and the previous Saturday!).
I think i did get chucked off once off peak - but really haven't given it a try properly.
It did always seem to be me though who lost the game 3-0 when the connection was lost - not my opponent!
