PS3 Imports into Europe banned

Shocking news for Sony, PS3 imports have been banned into Europe for at least 10 days.

LG claims that Sony Blu-ray players, including the PS3, infringe on LG patents , if the ban last longer than 10 days shortages could arise.

this is a long running dispute between LG and Sony over patents, only recently sony sued LG over mobile patents.

this could get messy

I already have my PS3 and an Xbox360. However it apparently affects Bravia TVs as well...
