Is all okay exept that central station can t load
"central station couldn't by connected. Please check your definitions."(or something like that),
i'm using a cross cable to connetc my ps2 directly to my pc.
the diagnostic works
i can play metal black twisted online
i canÃ‚Â´t play socom 2 cause central station doesn't loads
What can i do?

to the site , shouldnt you be connecting straight into the stb / sacm and not direct to your pc

theyve done it with ICS and a cross over cabe so it should work.

are you using a STB or a SACM?

when i said into the pc i mentioned the ethernet adaptor (i have a via rhine II fast ethernet adaptor).

you should have got a CD with the PS2 network adaptor. You use that to set up the account

yes i've done it. i set it with ip 192.168.0.2 mask 255.255.255.0 gateway 192.168.0.1 (my ethernet adapter ip). it passed the diagnostic.

at what point does it fail? in the DNAS authentication?

nope.i go to the menu where i can edit my settings watch help movies and there is an option caled Central Station. it starts loading tnen it loads the save in the memory card. after it when i press ok it shows the message error. i can't write the message cause i'm portuguese. unless you understand portuguese.

i know this is from new zealand but it explains how to set up cnetral station manually.
