linking DS to Wii

dose anyone know how to link the DS with the Wii. can it be used as a controler of do some games support it....

Just wanted to know as my son and i have both got DS's and dam they are fun. But Santa is getting him a Wii this year and i just sounding out what we can do with the DS and the Wii together.

i've got the same problem, but i have both here setup but i can't get them to talk to each other, i thought it would work via the wireless connection but i haven't sussed it out yet????
