Xbox Live 3.0 Coming End of March?
According to Xbox-Scene, this has been mailed to Xbox Live users - which indicates an expected release date of end March for the new version of Xbox Live:

its going to wicked....voices on xbox lived will be wicked...if the person isnt on then they can listen to it when they get on it
