Question Ghost Recon Thunder Island

I went on-line yesterday to play Ghost recon. joined a quick session with an OICW gun.

game started with everybody having big heads & instead of firing grenades, I was firing chickens, it was really funny.
does anyone know the code for this ???

Re: Ghost Recon Thunder Island

It's an unlockable

The host player has gone thorugh the single player missions and unlocked it.

To unlock it have a look at the mission briefs in the single player part, it tells you what you have to do for each mission, and the unlockable item.

Re: Ghost Recon Thunder Island

I couldn't be @rsed to unlock anything beyond the extra weapons when I had the original GR.

Once the lobby system got even futher fuX0red, I coudn't even be @rsed with the game.

Still it provided 5 months of solid gaming.

Please don't answer that Boom (he doens't like it cause he loved the PC version and didn't like it when they stripped it when it was ported to the Xbox!)

I think it's a good game, good single player mode with some new features, like voice controlled bots!...if you can get them to work!

Online is pretty cool still

"Is it better", well if there was a game inbetween Rainbow Six 3 and Ghost Recon then that would be the best game ever!, after Halo! :pp

You see GR had quality gameplay and some decent graphics...whereas RS3 is excellent on graphics and ok on gameplay!

I'd buy it mate

Re: Ghost Recon Thunder Island

They both have thier good & bad points, their lovers & haters.

They are both good games with different themes & styles of game.
I'd suggest getting both & keeping both, but then I still have the original GR & have no problems playing it if someone suggests going to it.

GRIT has a few unlockable fun items, the chicken grenades being one of them, squeeky voices, paper thin, big heads etc are others.

They are initiated for all by the host, however If you have these unlockables then you can change it so that everyone sles appears to use some of them as far as you can see.

HOwever, used only in fun sessions otherwise people get peed off with them.

Re: Ghost Recon Thunder Island

Well, you usually do end up being dead when you get shot..

Who was it shooting you, the arabs (or whatever) or the baddies?
If the other players then sometimes that can happen & it is not game specific.

Its just how some groups of people are. Especially if its someone that they cannot understand or ****** them off for some reason.
