Gamespot (who are the most accurate on US releases) have it out on July 16th but that will be the US release. Most online retailers have it listed for Sept 26th.

I'm an absolute addict to the Dark Forces/Jedi Knight series, so its going to be hard to remember that this is an RPG game. So the lightsaber battles I had online with PC version of JK2 will be replaced in this game with "turn-based" (for lack of a better word) style combat with sabres.

This so makes me want to play JK2 online again, and force grip or force push people off a ledge. That was loads of fun.

This reminds me. In the PC version of SW : Dark Forces 3 : Jedi Knight 2 : Jedi Outcast 1 (LOL), there was a dismemberment code so that when you sliced and diced people, they would lose hands, legs, arms, heads, etc. I really hope they include something similiar in this game (blood-thirsty b*stard that I am!).

Also, on a tangent, the new game to be released Jedi Academy, will it be called DarkForces 4 : Jedi Knight 3 : Jedi Outcast 2 : Jedi Academy?
