weird sound problem

Hi last night i had weirdest problems first when playing king kong demo audio startin kickin out then died. . rebooted fix it then when played condemmed later in night sound was gone from it too. again reboot fixed it. .

I think that indicates a problem with the AV port on the 360 I'm sorry to say but i'd expect to have to call MS support at some point to have the 360 repaired or I would return it to the retailer for an exchange (probably best as MS send out refurbished 360's and have a high failure rate)

thing is as ive said to mates, if i return xbox to game for new one, what happens to my save games. .. downloads from marketplace etc!!

Well anything you have downloaded will need to be re-downloaded, anything you have bought will be able to be downloaded again for free though, game saves however will need to be saved on a memory card or maybe Game will let you swap HDD's in the store?

see i was hoping they may let me do that. . . hm gonna give them a shout. thanks. sound problem hasnt occured in near 5 days now but still am gonna contact GAME and see.
