Luckily we're not getting shafted as much as XBL Gold subscribers in the US, who are also facing increases to the yearly & 3 monthly sub.

Re: MS to increase the price of XBL Gold for monthly subs
Looks like I'll be cancelling my monthly sub and try and find a cheap yearly or 3 month sub.

Re: MS to increase the price of XBL Gold for monthly subs
It's still free but there's also a premium service available name. You can play online for free.

Re: MS to increase the price of XBL Gold for monthly subs
Can anyone recommend a decent site for buying XBL sub codes?
I normally use gamingmall.com, but they're out of stock at the moment.

Re: MS to increase the price of XBL Gold for monthly subs
Thats rediculous...I always get a yearly sub, but I'm kind of annoyed that I still have to pay to be honest.
They should be DECREASING the cost, not going the other way.

Re: MS to increase the price of XBL Gold for monthly subs
May be an idea to get in there now, guys, even if you buy cheap yearly subs online.
Apparently, the reason that the 3rd party code sellers are able to undercut the RRP is because they import the cards in bulk from the USA... and of course, the yearly subscription price is going up in the USA, even though it isn't here.
Someone on BXB has said that live-codes.com (one of the sites which sells codes) has already emailed its customers to warn them that the US price hike will have a ripple effect over here...

Re: MS to increase the price of XBL Gold for monthly subs
That's interesting, because I thought MS had territory locked subscribtion codes quite some time ago. Gamerpoints have always been locked as far as I know.
