I'm very tempted... its now at £43 and they have stock due today...I'd just need to get a transfer kit then...seen official MS ones on ebay for £10...the kit is usually £99.99 from MS (inc 120GB HDD)

The kit is free from MS if you buy a disk upgrade. You just phone them up or order it online.
If there is a problem due to the OEM nature of the disk, I have a transfer kit somewhere that may be available for postage costs. But try getting it from MS first.

Edit - it looks like they do now charge £10 for it

Re: Xbox 360 120GB HDD £45.43 inc. shipping

You can only get one if you purchase an Elite...and not just the drive (the drives they are selling are OEM without packaging). Looks like they are stripping the Elites and selling the parts off separately.

I'm wondering if I should just buy an Elite to get HDMI and better Mobo.

I would, if I was you, thats what I did when my pro came back from the Repair Centre in Frankfurt. Took it to Game, got £75 trade in, bought a bundle decided I didn't want the games that were included, so traded them in and got more money off. Make sure that when you do buy it, that you get the HDMI Cable as Microsoft no longer supply one in the box. I would also suggest taking Game' extended warranty for 2yrs at £30, whereas Microsoft's cover is double that price, plus if it goes wrong you can just take it back to the shop to get a replacement console, rather than having to wait around for UPS to collect it and wait about 2 weeks for it to be repaired by M$

I brought the COD MW2 "super elite" with the 250GB HD it came with a copy of modern warfare and two wireless controllers and headset all for £250, essentially you are getting double the hard drive for the same price as an elite.
I took out the GAME two year warranty and your right if it goes wrong they'll replace it on the spot, but only in the first year of the warranty. The second years warranty is supplied by a third party, and if you get problems then you have to send it off for repair.

Broadband Buyer are fantastic for stuff on the cheap that you pay a premium for elsewhere. Go for it if the delivery's good.
