Re: MW2 controllers "rapid fire"?
Having used rapid fire controllers (in the past), and made numerous for family and friends, they don't give the advantage you might think, they an awful lot of recoil, which most of the time makes you miss.
Some weapons (FAL), respond quite well to rapid fire controllers, as do some pistols but on the whole theyre not really worth the extra wonga.
If you fancy a go of one, just buy one of the kits and D-I-Y on an old controller, thats what I did, its just a novelty thing that soon wears off, or becomes useless if the game developers make a patch for it.
I tried my old RF controller the other day just to see how it behaved, and it was shocking.
The game restricted the rapid fire mod to the point I could fire faster by hand (the normal way).
So they,re good for a giggle with your mates in a private match, but not worth paying top money for when you can do it yourself for a few quid.
