Solve the problem by playing with regular people from your friends list, that's if the game mode allows you to do that for that particular game. Also, when you meet idiots online, give them negative reputation that way you won't meet them again on xbox live.

I've met them.

One of them thought it was a good idea to only kill his team mates.

I have also joined a game, and was kicked for no reason, within seconds of joining

The times I've played online, I've never been kicked from GTA.
Witnessed a few people taking ages to pick a scenario get kicked though
