They're coming in the next big dashboard update this "Fall", along with the Sky Player.
No date yet though.
The latest Sky Mag says the Sky Player will be out in October, but I've not seen any confirmation from MS.

As Graham said, that's just a standard CMA disclaimer.
Besides, I very much doubt that the preview will be much different from the final release, given how close together they are.
