Seeing as Microsoft are not apparently releasing it until 2011-2012 and won't be able to finalise specs until around 18 months before then (they have to give the developers time to come up with games but will want to leave it as late as possible), all I have been able to find is a couple of rather nifty looking photoshop mockups..

I really can't see that being the new Xbox... If it was, I'd certainly hope it could run like a very powerful PC if that was the case.

No chance of that being the next Xbox. It won't even be released for an other 3 years at least so completely fake and pointless.
