xbox on the 20 meg..
i am doing a bit of digging on here which will hopefully benefit myself and other gamers.
i have been lucky enough to be involved on the 50 meg trials for a good while, mainly due to the nightmare that i was having on the 20 meg trying to host a room mainly on rainbow 6 vegas.
the 50 trial is coming to an end and i plugged in my 20 meg modem the other night and it was the same as it allways was, LAG, LAG and a little more LAG lol..
i have been in contact with one of the guys who was pretty much running the trial who has very kindly agreed to look into this issue.
what i need to do for him is to find out if this is an isolated problem or widespread. I have a friend who lives in the north and i am down south and he experiences exactly the same issue that i have, any more than 4 in a room and the lag is appauling for anyone i invite in.
so i would really appreciate it if you could let me know what experience you have had, past and present with virgin and the xbox so that i can pass this info on and hopefully get a result for myself and anyone else having issues.
