OK, I bought a wireless controller today, but now my wireless mic won't go on the right slot. I can only go onto 2-4, and for some reason I can't go onto 1. Anyone know how I can sort it? I've tried doing that thing where you search for a new signal.

Disconnect all controllers, restart xbox, then hold down the X in the middle of the contoller and do a controller search if it doesnt already connect
