The most obvious ones are Assassin's Creed, COD 4, Mass Effect etc, so i'll suggest some less popular ones;

Conan isn't stunning, but is meant to be fun.
Sega Rally is good.

There are also some older games you should be able to get on the cheap which I'd highly recommend:
Oblivion
Crackdown
Rainbow Six Vegas (still one of the most played games on XBL)
