MTU Xbox Live Issue

Today I switched on my xbox as usual and tried to log on to Xbox Live with no luck so I ran the test and it says its an MTU issue now I have never had a problem with this before and have used Virgin media broadband since it was NTL. I run an Ethernet cable from the set top box to the xbox 360. Ive plugged this Ethernet cable into my laptop and the internet works fine any help would be a appreciated.

Re: MTU Xbox Live Issue

I had to call up Virgin to fix this one if I remember correctly. Once I finished bouncing between Virgin and Microsoft, the Virgin guy said there was nothing he could do, and it was fixed :P
