Unhappy Using Vista Home Premium & Xbox360 as media extender

Since upgrading to Vista H.P. I cannot get Windows Media Player to stream to the Xbox360 (The 360 can see the PC but cannot connect) Also cannot get Windows Media Centre to work either. Using Windows as the Firewall, box checked for media extenders. Using a wireless network with the Linksys WRT54G, I can connect to xbox live with no problem whatsoever - just can't get windows media sharing to work even though sharing is set to 'on' in WMP. Must be a firewall problem, maybe the router???? Plug and play is also enabled. HELP!!
