Gears of War killing RAAM

Having played this game i am stunned why killing RAAM is such a pain in the ****...it is has ruined the game for me...spending hours one part trying to defeat this item is rubbish...the only way you can kill it is if there are two of you at least. I have never found anyone who has achieved it single player...Gears of War for me is a thumbs down...what a shame as upto this point i was well impressed...if anyone does have any tips before this games gets stuck on ebay warmly received...oh and to those gamers who are "experienced" use your wiseness to help noobs dont cuss them you just look silly doin it...peace

To kill raam you need the sniper rifle and grenades. When he has all the birds around him throw a grenade to blow up by him this will cause the birds to fly of for a short time allowing you to take a shot at him. If he gets to close to you hop over the stone wall things and get behind him. Repeat until Raam is dead.

Hope that helped. Thats how I killed him anyway.

are you on live ? , get someone on here to help you , have killed Raam a few times on my own (even on insane) , quite a lot of luck is involved when moving from the front area to the back, i let him get as close as possible while blindly throwing grenades over the ' cover ' also blind firing when he gets closer gets a nice few hits in the torque bow is the most effective when he is at range imo , charge it up while behind cover and then try and hit him in the head with it but even if you miss the head you still get decent damage

aweful answer even putting resistance and Gears of war in the same league
