Brothers in Arms

Hi all

Had this game since release and wondered what others thought of it. I am thoroughly enjoying the single player campaign and for those that know the game I'm currently on the second mission on D+1 (Crossroads or something). Being a fan of frantic shooters such as Halo etc. this is a nice balance between action and strategy. On live, although very good, the limited amount of players (4, why not more?) and game types limits its appeal somewhat for me. Just wondered what others thought as I am usually a gamer who looks for the online apsect before single player when choosing games.

Re: Brothers in Arms

I am finding the single missions incredibly hard even on normal level heh. The commands to move your troops to flank and suppress are bit difficult at the moment to implement but I am sure I'll get the hang of it.

You may not like it, but 'utter tosh'? Why?

As for Doom 3, although it may be lacking some of the more innovative gameplay features of other FPS's, it's actually quite refreshing to just blast away some demons, without having to think too much. It looks and sounds fantastic and is creepy as hell. Looking forward to playing coop on live as I think this is going to be incredible.
