What do you get with the NTL Gaming service
Anyone tell me what the model of hub/switch thing NTL give you when you sign up for their gaming service alongside your existing broadband service.
Am I right in thinking you get a second IP with this service? If so, is it a permanent IP?
Ive started using Vonage VOIP and their router thing is getting on my tit$ for internet games, and I need one internet connection for my PC and another for their box of tricks.
If someone could offer another way of doing this, i'd appreciate this, id appreciate it.

Re: What do you get with the NTL Gaming service
Sorry about the double posting.
With all respect, it is a "proper" router.

Thats why I came here for some advice.
If I connected my SACM to my PC with its USB connection, could I connect the Router to my ethernet port and "Bridge" both connections?

Possibly yes.
It mihgt be better to connect the router to the sacm via the ethernet port and share it that way.
Or is that what you are already doing?

Re: What do you get with the NTL Gaming service
At the moment I have my router connected to SACM with a patch lead going from router to PC.
