Just found some interesting info on hosting games.

for every 64k of ul you can host 1.5 people, with 200k you should be ok with around 6-8 people, 384 gets you 8-10 and 12 needs alot closer to 700 to be lag free. different game modes requires different amounts of ul speeds, but most people have between 768 and 1 meg conection to host 12 in gr.
