Do NTL service techs work on Bank Holiday Monday?
Hi All,
Just had to call Faults because of my Terayon 210 Terajet which keeps dropping the connection and spoke to a really nice guy called kristian(spelling) and he`s booked me a service call for this coming Monday,a Bank Holiday! Do service techs work on a bank holiday?
According to Kristian they do, is this right?

HI,IM AN NTL SERVICE TECH ON TEESSIDE AND WE ARE PUTTING 75% COVER IN ON BANK HOL MONDAY.ARE YOU IN TEESSIDE? AS WE ARE GETTING TROUBLES WITH TERAYON MODEMS DUE TO UPGRADES IN SERVICE ETC

 yes we work on bank holiday 8 til 4 only

Hi Guy`s and Girls............
Just a quick update. A really nice bloke came today and upgraded me from the old Terajet 210 to a 250 sacm and there is a god! 
Back up to 9.51 mbps on the speedtest! Thank you NTL , The last 4 months of waiting were worthwhile.
