unlimited dial-up

Does anyone know what happens when you start missing payments for unlimites dial-up???
My debit card has expired with which NTL take payments off of. I've tried up dating my card details on my NTL account on line but just get an error message.

Re: unlimited dial-up

Sooner or later there will be a bill. Call ntl first and update your details over the phone.

Before anyone else says it, you might now find a broadband account is better value, whether that's cable or ADSL based.

Re: unlimited dial-up

Yes have thought of that often but I live in an old analogue service area and cannot get NTL broadband.
At the moment I pay for my telephone with NTL and get a load of cable (analogue) TV channels chucked in for free so I would have to move over to SKY and BT to get ASDL broadband connection. May do it next year when I get a new PC.
Any idea when NTL will up grade their analogue cabled areas???
Sooner or later all the analogue channels will be switched off as they are starting to now!
