just spent a fair while searching for related problems to mine, there seem a few Terayon probs out there, but none relating to mine
OK, had my trusty Terayon Terajet for years and years, never had a problem with it, until my 2mb went 4mb
Has some fundamental change been made to NTL's network setup? All of a sudden my modem now takes 15-30 minutes to lock onto a signal, and I experience short losses of access frequently during use.
The Samsung STB has no issues, no loss in quality, no freezing etc so I can only assume the modem is the problem.
I imagine my only course of action is an expensive call to modem tech support, but many thanks in advance of any other advice you may be able to enlighten me with
