Hope somebody can help me. I have had a student account for a year and I have been told that I had to send a letter to cancel my account. Fair enough. But when I want the address, suddenly, there is nobody to answer my queries and I have to call later. In the end, there is never anybody ! Help. I am leaving in one month and I still haven't been able to find this *** address! Thank you.
