Can`t get 10 meg Broadband?

Hi All, How`s it going tonight?

Over the last 6 weeks, I`ve been on 10 meg Broadband and then downgraded to 2 meg hoping for 4 meg.
I then tried to re-upgrade to 10 meg and was told it was successful but am still on 4 meg.

I just get error 14 on the Ntlworld speed upgrade page and just can`t get back onto 10 meg no matter what. Can someone please help.

4 megs doing my brain in and is it just me or is browsing overall slower than it has been for the last month?

Looks like they may be having problems with upgrading your modem. Call cutomer services, they should be able to do it straight away.

not sure but think you have have to keep the speed for a month b4 you can up/down grade?

You can't upgrade or downgrade more than once in a 30day billing period Bud.

If i was you i'd call CS and tell them to pull their finger out. If that doesn't move them just ask to be put through to retentions so you can cancel. I suspect your BB will be back up to 10mb again after you have spoken to retentions.
