cant access favourite website

I am running Windows XP, service pack 2, with all the udates.

I can access most of the internet no problems. There is only one website, which i used to be able to access, but now get the "The page cannot be displayed" message instead. I have tried it with my Anti Virus disabled, allowed Pop ups, but no joy.
The website is a gaming website called " http://aaotracker.com ".
I have refreshed the TCP/IP component using the netsh command, no joy.

Anyone any ideas.
