easynews and ntl.

hi using easynews and im on 2mg ntl and usually dwnload at a steady 240kbs.
since lst week from 12 noon to midnight im its slowed dwn to 80 to 110 kbs
then its bk normal, im in lincs.
i contacted easynews while it was slow they did some tests ans said it was my isp provider that was to blame, and they coulnt do anything, and i should contact them to let them know.
all other downloading from other sources are ok.
phoned ntl, not much help from them they tested all and said it was ok.
so what do i do to correct the prob.
cheers.
