I've tried a number of possible workrounds to get MTVLive working but still getting the c00d11d2 error message from windows media player.Anybody else with the same problem or more importantly anybody got a fix.TYIA.

Just tried it myself, and get error C00D11B3: Encountered a network error

Not much help I know, but at least you know it's just not you!

I've had problems, in the past, but it is worlking now,
check the site http://www.ntl-isp.ntl.com/ServiceStatus/
there is still one outstanding issue

Thanks for your replies.I see that within the last day NTL's engs. have fixed the new user reg. problem.On checking this morning my c00d11d2 error msg. no longer appears (Good news) but WMP10 now just opens and then immediately closes (Bad news).I'll have a look at it later.See if I can get it going.ATB.

Just to let the experts know I'm now getting error c00d11bo (Server not available) on MTVLive now-used to be c00d11d2.The "On Demand" section of MTV is now giving error c00d105a (An operation was attempted on a pin.....)-used to hang at www.enriq.net(?) trying to get a licence.HTH.Had a couple of local outages yesterday due local fault.Don't know if this has made the differences.

Just found that MtvLive is now working for me-by changing web proxy.So it would appear not all servers are the same-obvious really.Some of the On Demand video clips are still not working-stalling at licence acquisition.I believe that the fault lies with Entriq.net who control the supply of these things from Mtv.2 e-mails and 2 phone calls etc.to Mtv and Ntl and Entriq have been fruitless so far.Maybe someone should tell Mtv they're possibly paying for something and not getting the full service.HTH.
