uhm... yeah.. that link takes you to a page they havent yet updated... to be honest, there's no point a link like that going anywhere bar from an updated page!

still no 10mb... done a series of speed checks and ZIP.. NADA.. ZILCH.. still on 3mb...
modem: rebooted and left off at the main electric switch all night - still seeing that it's on 3mb
sanity level: slowly waning - but hey, thats becoming the norm around here
modem: silver armpit 120... may need to call NTL and demand a new one (the 250 right?) I'll do that after the weekend.. need to give them at least a few days grace on this to come up with the goods.

That link makes little sense, it takes you to a page which says "The power of 10mg is here". Then I chose the link which says "existing customer upgrade here" and on that page I am offered 1mg 2mg or 3mg. Where is the10mg option. Am I missing something.
