was looking in my modem website (http://192.168.100.1/) And in the Event log it said the following:-
Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received
im not good with computers and wouldnt normally do anything about it but it says 'Critical(3)' and counts '5' , Appreciate if anyone can gimme some help.
Services: 20mbit all the time. Whipped cream and massage if you ask nicely.

I get that message too and often wonder what it means. I've got no problems with my connection though even though the Downstream Receive Power Level is -9.5 dBmV which seems a little high.
If it's not broke don't try and fix it i keep telling myself

I have had many of those and asked over and over again without anyone enlightening me on what it means but I was having intermitten internet loss also.
wonder when they will inform us what is the meaning of the pages and pages of logs I have.
