CV2 area fault

CV2 area fault

does anyone have a fix time of when this area fault will be fixed?
i have an ntl ambit silver 120 modem and have been having lots of disconnections since last saturday.
Waiting for an engineer never turned up, however it appears reading server status page there is a fault in my area
can anyone confirm from ntl whether this is the case?

Im cv9 and had the fault caused by A br1 fault,All cleared now though

Ok then i've got slow speed i'm on 1 mb and still frequent disconnections, and as i say i should have had an engineer turn up to check my modem but no show
very disappionted customer

Thats not the same fault I had.. Keep on at em get an engineer out
