as far as I can tell the SB3100 is ethernet only, so you don't need drivers - however if it wasn't supplied by NTL you won't be able to get it to work, anyway.
Services: 20mbit all the time. Whipped cream and massage if you ask nicely.

The SB3100 doesn't need drivers if your using XP, you just plug it in and it should connect.
The SB3100 user guide might help you to get it connected if your using win98. Click the first option at the top of this google search page to download the pdf file.
