Well third time Lucky, called CS again spoke to a nice Scottish lady Maria, said That I would like to upgrade and "She said it's on trial at the moment I don't know if I can upgrade you" it went quite fro two minutes then she came back and said "OK you are now on 10MB" reset your modem and wait 5 minutes
