Hi any1 know what area is Bournemoth/Poole, Dorset (BH postcode)
assigned to regarding to areas affected on the staus page??
sometimes when i goto the service status page and see some
service upgrades, maintenance etc in some areas
i get problems at those specified times too
so i just want to know which area should i look out for regarding to affected areas
as ive never seen Bournemouth, Poole or Dorset appearing in the status page

yeah I've always been wondering the same...I've never seen my area on there even on upgrades so I would like to know how Kettering Northants is classed
Poole, Bournemouth etc. are likely to be called Wessex, as that's the name in common use for the franchise. The headend for broadband is in Poole, however, so you might see that.
Kettering is likely to be under Northampton.
BTW, this is inference from the way the network is structured, rather than direct knowledge from the people on service status. Just so you know
