i upgraded to 2mb last week and the guy on the phone said there was an error and it would be updated by monday..............it hasnt

what should i do? ring em back tmoz?

Have you rebooted your SACM/ STB lately? If yes then ring them in the morning and ask them nicely to do it.

Unplug the box from the mains, leave it for about 30 seconds, then plug the box back in.

shut down pc, and unplugged the modem while i made a drink (5 mins of so)
