Superhub Problem

Hey everyone! I got my superhub today but i'm having a little problem with it, i need to get my ip address for it as 192.168.1.1 but it keeps saying i can't because its the "guests" ip address but the guest is not turned on, is there anything im missing or what do i need to do?
Thanks

Re: Superhub Problem

I think you can, it's in the settings, I'm in modem mode so can't check unfortunately but I remember changing mine to the same IP as the OP.

Is it the gateway address you change?

Re: Superhub Problem

it's in DCHP settings but as the OP says if you try to change it to 192.168.1.1 you get an error stating that the ip cannot be the same as the guest ip (even though no guest ip's are active)

however there is an answer (i just tried it and it works)

change the ip to 192.168.10.1 then click apply and close the browser (or tab) and wait for the superhub to reboot

now go back and change the ip to 192.168.1.1 and hey presto ... when you click apply no error and the ip will be changed when the s-hub has rebooted (after closing the browser/tab)

simples

Yes you can. You just can't change it to an address that's already in use.
