No internet connection, lights on hub also an issue

No internet connection, lights on hub also an issue

For months now I have had absolutely no issues until I got up this morning.

(Perhaps I should say I'm a 50meg customer in the FK1 postcode in Falkirk, Central Scotland)

I noticed that I couldn't get internet access when I checked my superhub I noticed the following:

The light with the two arrows (one point up the other down) was blinking Green.

The light with the tick - no light what so ever.

The wireless light - flashing green constantly.

I tried switching off the router and even reseting it yet it still goes back to the same issue as I've mentioned above.

I have tried wired connection via my computer and wireless connection on two laptops and two smartphones and none of them are accessing the internet.

can anyone help? sorry to be a pain.

Do you have a number to ensure that I don't get connected to the Asian call centres?

I've checked on here:

https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status

This morning it stated that only the internet was affected now it has come up saying it is now internet, tv and phone.

Service Disruption

Loss of all services
