No. All switches are "intelligent" in that sense. That's the definition of a switch.

A "dumb" switch is not a switch. It's a hub, and hubs have been outdated for the last decade.

was looking at the DIR 615 but thought that belkin one may be better with it being 5Ghz as welll.
