Superhub : Modem mode settings

Quick question: Has anyone written down the procedure for connecting a router to the SH, for using the SH in modem mode?
I was contacted by a lady living miles away after she reported having problems with her SH.
Engineer called today and reported that 'Virgin do not guarantee the wireless speeds only using the wired connection'.
Upload is impossible she reports.
What I wanted to do was either give her a link to above or mail her the complete details.
