Question Internet Problem in N9 Area?

I was wondering if anyone knew exactly what the problem with the network in N9 was as it was off for two days and despite calling Virgin Customer Services; they said it would have been fixed last night at 12am, but the issue has just been fixed now?

Thanks

Re: Internet Problem in N9 Area?

not sticking to eta's and timetables is no surprise but I wouldnt quible over a few hours dude. It would either have been scheduled maintenance or a network fault and if it was a fault, you should count yourself lucky they have detected it and fixed it as fast as they have.

I understand what you are saying, but to be honest that isn't fast as some people didn't have TV also and two days is a long time on a weekend not to have either.

Re: Internet Problem in N9 Area?

The one and only outage I've had with BT since I took their service was fixed in 30 minutes... (Admittedly, the fault was caused by botched maintenance work, so engineers were already on-site to respond)
