Should I upgrade? Reservations about superhub

Quick question for the experts here

I've just arranged for an upgrade from 20meg (recently doubled) M V+ to TiVo and 30meg

My 20meg line is generally rock solid with low ping and as Xbox live is my use for my BB it suits me fine. Just looking around the Internet it appears the superhub is a bit of a nightmare with countless reports of people's ping and online gaming experience suffering once they upgrade from a standard router

I'm currently using the VMDG280 wired to xbox and my question is really around whether I should actually risk getting a superhub installed for a fairly arbitrary speed increase and the possibility of it spazzing out my ping?

I'm in CB24 postcode and just wondering what peoples experiences are on the DOCSIS3 connection

Thanks in advance

Re: Should I upgrade? Reservations about superhub

I am using a Superhub on 100Mb after upgrading from 50Mb and the vmng300. Gaming has been fine on Xbox and have no issues with the hub at all.

Not everyone suffers problems.

Such a wonderful use of a derogatory word for someone with cerebral palsy luckily my brother is unable to read such things.
