You have never ever proved in this or any other thread that you have been cloned
You have never produced any evidence to back it up.
However i am not childish enough to resort to petty insults like you do.

Re: 10Mb to 30Mb rumouring
If it was my modem i probably would have called up cause i have a thing with having to have the latest tech but seeing as its my mums and it works fine i didnt bother and im unlikely to unless she gets issues with it. Even getting upgarded to 30mb she wouldnt notice the difference one bit as its only web browsing she uses it for and does no downloading whatsoever.

Re: 10Mb to 30Mb rumouring
I don't care who started it, *I* will finish it. If people cannot be civil on here then the frack hammer will fall indiscriminately. There is an 'ignore user' feature on this board, I suggest it gets used before people end up banned.

Yeah - you stick you-know-who on ignore because nobody else ever uses the word
It takes all sorts though and currently my ignore list is actually empty although it's only past occupant hasn't posted here recently anyhow.

Re: 10Mb to 30Mb rumouring
Don't really want a 'super' hub. Not until they improve it a lot anyway. Heard its not too good for VPN pass through which I need for homeworking. My current NTL250 modem gives me a rock solid 10MB, coupled with my own router which has excellent wireless coverage, gives me all I need.
An upgrade to 20MB will be nice enough. Can't believe there's that much difference between 20 and 30MB in every day use. Certainly paying 20 quid and getting you to enter into new contract seems a bit of a con.

Modem mode seems pretty solid though.

But why should should have to pratt around with settings etc. Why doesn't it just work out out the box ? I'll wait till its been improved and there's no charge/strings.
10 MB seems to have got very consistent/reliable, presumably because loads are going onto the new increasingly oversubscribed system. Many are also reporting not getting the speeds they are promised on upgrading.

No router I've ever had has done that - I've always had to customised some things. The real question you should be asking is why is it so unstable and why doesn't it support anything beyond the bare minimum of features.
The answer to most Superhub woes though (other than being forced to pay for the thing) is to put it in modem mode. Even then it seems it may still not be very stable but at least you can use a proper router with it to set up your network how you please.
