Speed query

Just been upgraded to superhub 60M.

However I live in Devon so we've not been speed doubled yet. Does that mean I should see DL speeds of 30M until the uprgarde?

Re: Speed query

Could be 30Mb (still to be doubled) or you could have got an early 60Mb. Either is possible.

Re: Speed query

Can you log in to your Superhub and go to the connection settings and see what it says under primary downstream service flow. If it says max traffic rate 66000000 bps you are on 60.

Re: Speed query

Try wired.

You should never use wireless to conduct a speed test, as wireless speed is subject to so many variables.
