Is it free? when i go to https://my.virginmedia.com/home/index in green writing it says We've started boosting our customers' broadband speeds around the country. Got any questions about when your area's getting upgraded or how it will affect your broadband?

clicking fine out more takes me to a upgrade page is this free or are they charging a upgrade fee?

It is free, when your area is upgraded you will get upgraded automatically, but you will need the Superhub to get it.

No I haven't been downloading torrents all day and night. I would like to know why my D/L is eerily close to how it was before my "upgrade" from 30 to 60Mb.
